A personal message from Jamie...

Please join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. Every dollar I raise counts as one vote and the candidate who gets the most votes /raises the most money is named the local Man or Woman of the Year.

I got involved because I wanted to fund raise in honor of The Girl of the year, Keely who are blood cancer survivors. My efforts, with your help, will support the discovery of blood cancer therapies and fund research to find cures.

And we are making progress!

I know that you have ample opportunity to “give to charity” throughout the year. I’m asking you to seriously consider this opportunity this year. My personal goal is to raise $25,000 between now and June 14. I know this sounds ambitious. But when a disease as ambitious as blood cancer kills a man, woman or child every 10 minutes, it must be met head on with just as much ambition. We really can beat cancer!

All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They’ll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.

Please visit my Web site often and bring friends who would also like to donate!

On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, I thank you for your support!

For more information about LLS, please visit www.lls.org.
